Halloween Pizza Bites
Want to make something fun and easy for halloween? No need to look further-- these halloween bites are cute and tasty. I normally make my own pizza dough from scratch but was in a rush and bough a pre-made one from New Seasons. I used half of the dough for 8 pizza bites (don't worry I know how to count, two not pictured, ha!). Feeling creative and want to make other shapes? Try mummies, ghosts and pumpkins. If you're making this and share on Instagram-- don't forget to tag me so I can see your beautiful creations!
- Pizza Dough
- Toby’s Lite Tofu Spread
- Pizza Sauce
- Field Roast Chao Cheese
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Bring pizza dough to room temperature. Cut 8 pieces and press each ball, or use a rolling pin to make small rounds. Grease a cookie sheet or place on parchment paper. Place rounds on cookie sheet.
Add pizza sauce to each round, a spoonful of tofu and then cut out cheese ghost (optional), cut olives in half and legs in thin pieces to make “spiders”. Add an additional topping you’d like. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove from sheet and enjoy!
