Butternut Squash Noodle Bowl
- 2 cups butternut squash noodles, store-bought
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup Toby's Lite Jalapeno Tofu Spread
- 1/2 avocado
- 3 leaves fresh basil
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté noodles for 5 minutes.
Add noodles to a bowl and top with Toby's Tofu, avocado, basil, pinch of salt and pepper. Enjoy!
