Healthy Chia Seed Pudding
- 1,5 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup Genesis Ginger Lemonade Juice
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- choice of berries
- 1/2 vegan protein bar
Whisk ingredients together in a container or large bowl, cover and set in fridge overnight.
Add your favorite toppings in the morning. For this bowl, I added raspberries, pomegranate seeds, goji berries, hazelnuts, coconut sugar and square organics vegan protein bar.
