No Bake Tart

ingredients

Crust

  • 1 cup shredded coconut

  • 1 cup walnuts 

  • ½  cup rolled oats 

  • 1 cup pitted medjool dates 

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Filling 

  • 10 oz Follow Your Heart Cream Cheese 

  • 1 cup vegan whipped cream

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp sweetener of choice (we used maple syrup)

Topping 

  • 2 peaches, sliced

instructions

Add crust ingredients to a food processor and pulse until you have a smaller crumble that sticks together, then remove from the food processor. Press into a pie form and set in the fridge. Whip the cream and set aside.

Add whip cream cheese with lemon juice and sweetener of choice to a bowl and mix. Fold in whipped cream with the rest of the filling ingredients. Add to the pie form on top of the crust and set in the fridge. Slice peaches and add before you are ready to serve. Decorate with whipped cream (optional).
